• ITS OFFICIAL! QPWS ANNOUNCE SUCCESFUL TENDERER OF THE NEXT BUILD STAGE AT AFMTBP

    It’s official – At 3pm today Wednesday 14th May Michael Overland, Senior Ranger, QPWS Atherton, announced that World Trail have successfully tendered for the construction of an additional $300 000 worth of trails at Atherton Forest Mountain Bike Park.  Construction will commence in late May. More information will be available at the next meeting of TCS.
    Thank you to the steering committee – Andrew Millerd, Michael Overland, Ash Greenwood and David Prete for bringing this next stage of the project alive.  The steering committee are currently calling for tenders for the construction of a trailhead on the rail trail in Atherton and the link trails from there to AFMBP.
